Through my affiliation with Coldwell Banker, I have a very extensive and high quality Marketing Program that will expose and generate interest in your property to the most buyers. I'll provide you with videos that will help you stage and prepare your home for the market, and give suggestions on improvements. As a Sekiu/CB resident, I will be available to promote and show your home. When offers come in, I will negotiate on your behalf, handle all the legal paperwork, and follow through to assure a smooth transaction and closing.

Buyer's Services
Start with a thorough and confidential interview to determine your specific personal needs & motives.I will assist you in determining the right price range and thoroughly educate you on the current real estate market and what is available for sale. I will be available for calls and questions, and keep you up to date on new listings & price reductions. When you are ready to buy I will represent your best interests in negotiating price, terms and timing. As an Accredited Buyer's Representative, I am particularly well trained in providing high quality buyer's services.

Referral Services
I am very well connected and know Realtors throughout the state of Washington.
